John established Conveyancing Matters in 1989 as Esrkine Murphy & Associates and has developed the business to the forefront of the profession.  In 2003 the company changed its name to Conveyancing Matters.

John has specialised in urban development and has wide ranging skills and interests in small business. His breadth of experience in retailing, combined with a strong academic grounding and conveyancing experience, enable him to provide quality service for clients considering buying or selling a small business, commercial property and leasing.

John’s personal interests include wine, football and growing a vegetable garden.
