It has been a while since our last newsletter, and since then a lot has happened at Conveyancing Matters.
New Website
It has been a long time in the making but we are thrilled to be able to lauch our new website. We hope that it is useful to our clients and our business associates. It is a work in progress and we would like to use it to regularly update our clients and associates with changes in the industry.
Office Relocation
We relocated offices in July 2008 to Level 6, 68 Grenfell Street, Adelaide. Our new offices offer more space for our staff and excellent boardroom facilities. We are still very close to the Lands Titles Office. If you haven't been in to visit us at our new location, please feel free to "pop in", we would love to see you.
New Eastern Office
In March of this year Penny Erskine opened the Norwood branch office of Conveyancing Matters, located at 81 the Parade, Norwood. Penny has done a brilliant job setting up the new office and is enjoying the new challenges it brings for her. Penny works closely with the clients from Money Advisers and clients local to the area.
Internet Networking
Conveyancing Matters now has a page on Facebook. Check it out and become a fan! We will be regularly posting updates for our technology savy clients on facebook.
We also have a page on Linked In which is a business networking site. It is a great way to share contacts with other likeminded professionals. Visit us there at www.linkedin.com/companies and type in Conveyancing Matters.
Happy Birthday Conveyancing Matters
Conveyancing Matters is celebrating its 20th Birthday. In October 1989 John Erskine established a "landbroking" practice. John Murphy joined in 1991 to form Erskine Murphy & Associates. Penny Erskine joined the practice in 1993 as receptionist. The business was incorporated in 1994 and adopted the trading name "Conveyancing Matters" in 2003. A lot of water has passed under the bridge and in this time and the practice has grown from strength to strength with 9 staff, 2 offices and a wealth of experience in all facets of Conveyancing.
Another 20 years! Perhaps!
