Buying Residental Property

Purchasing a property can be one the biggest decisions in your life, an experience which Conveyancing Matters will facilitate and guide you through every step of the process.  Our role includes:

o Perusing the Contract and offering independent advice
o Advising on the information in the statutory disclosure statement (referred to as a Form 1)

o Notifying SA Water, council, and Strata/Community Manager of change of ownership

Selling Residential Property

Selling a home or investment property can be exciting and rewarding, and even intimidating.  Conveyancing Matters plays the leading role in the settling process offering advice and assistance which includes:

o Reviewing the contract prepared by a real estate agent before you sign
o Searching with government departments and local authorities for matters affecting the property
o Advising on the information in Form 1

o Paying any outstanding amounts to the Council, SA Water, Land Tax, Emergency Service Levy, Strata/Community Levy, and advising the change of ownership
