• Prepare a contract for the sale and purchase of the property based on your instructions, including:-
o Full names and addresses
o purchase price
o deposit
o settlement date
o contract conditions, eg subject sale of purchaser's property, finance
• Prepare the required Form 1 (Cooling-Off Notice)
• Hold the purchasers deposit in our trust account
We will then attend to the residential conveyancing of the property on your behalf.
